What you can change, and what you can't

  • You choose: the design, the chart size, the main chart layout (by table or alphabetical; you get both files), sorting by first or last name, the paper size, and whether place cards are ordered by table or alphabetically.
  • Your details: the names at the top, the date, and an optional venue line. US or international date format.
  • Fixed: colours, fonts and artwork for each design. We don't make bespoke artwork or match an invitation suite.
  • Special characters: accents and most Latin-alphabet names print exactly as typed. If a name has a character a design's font lacks, we use a matching fallback font, and if we can't draw it at all, we tell you before you pay.
