Seating chart and place cards for quinceañeras, mitzvahs and other parties
Any party with assigned tables works the same way. You upload the guest list with tables already decided, and get a print-ready seating chart, matching place cards, a QR find-your-seat page and a backup list. It's $99 for one event, with a free preview first.
What you put at the top of the chart
The title is free text, up to 80 characters. It prints at the top of the seating chart, on the QR sign and guest page, and on the back of every place card. For example:
- Sofía Herrera's Quinceañera
- Noah's Bar Mitzvah · Maya's Bat Mitzvah
- Margaret & David Chen · 50 Years
- Grandma Rose Turns 90
- Ava & Jonah's Rehearsal Dinner
Below it you can add the date and an optional venue or city. The chart's small heading reads "Please find your seat" or "Find your seat", depending on the design.
Events it suits
| Event | Good fit when… | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Quinceañera or sweet sixteen | A seated reception, often 100–250 guests, with a head table for the honoree, court or family | Named tables work, and so does a mix such as "Corte" plus numbered tables. The Botanical sample below is a quinceañera. |
| Bar or bat mitzvah reception | Assigned tables for adults and kids, often with named or themed tables | Names in Hebrew script aren't supported yet. We flag them before you pay, and a Latin-alphabet spelling works. Accents work. |
| Milestone birthday or anniversary dinner | A sit-down dinner where guests have assigned tables | For a dinner of 20–40 people, the 16 × 20 in chart and place cards may be all you need. |
| Rehearsal dinner, engagement party | A formal or larger dinner with assigned tables | Small, casual dinners often skip assigned seating. It's a separate event, so it needs its own package. |
| Gala, fundraiser, company dinner | Up to 250 guests at assigned tables, where you want a clean chart and a seat finder | No logos or brand colours, card payment only (no invoices), and no ticketing or check-in. For larger or ticketed events, a dedicated event platform will fit better. |
When it isn't the right tool
- More than 250 guests.
- You need seat numbers within each table. We work with table assignments only.
- You want your own artwork, logo or colours. There are three fixed designs.
- Open seating: with no assigned tables, there's nothing for a chart to show.
Two party samples
Made with the same software from fictional guest lists, so you can see how a non-wedding title looks.

Sofía Herrera's Quinceañera Sample

Margaret & David Chen · 50 Years Sample

Tips for party guest lists
- Kids' and teens' tables: give them their own table names ("Teens", "Kids 1") so they're easy to find on an alphabetical chart.
- Honoree, court or family table: name it whatever you like ("Head Table", "Corte", "Family"). Named tables are listed after numbered ones.
- Unnamed plus-ones: add a row like "Guest of Daniel Reyes" so the table count is right, then update the name when you know it.
- Last-minute changes are common at family parties. The QR page updates as soon as you edit, and you can reprint the chart from fresh files at any time before the event.
