Seating charts, place cards and a QR table finder for company events
For holiday parties, awards dinners, client dinners, galas and conference dinners with assigned tables. Upload the spreadsheet you already have and get print-ready files that match, plus a page where guests look up their table. $99 per event up to 250 guests, $149 for 251–500, no account, no sales call.
What you get for each event
- Seating chart at 16 × 20, 18 × 24 or 24 × 36 in, A2 or A1, by table and alphabetical. Large lists are split across posters rather than printed too small to read.
- Tent place cards on US Letter or A4, showing each guest's name and table, with the event title and date on the back.
- QR "find your seat" sign and guest page. Guests type their full name to see their table. It's handy for arrivals in waves, or when guests don't know the table names.
- Table number cards, one per table (5 × 7 in), numbered or named: "Sales", "Sponsor 1", "Board".
- Backup list for the registration desk.
- Corrections until the event. Swap people, add late registrations, rename tables. Every file regenerates, and the guest page updates immediately.

Buying for a company
We can't take purchase orders, net-30 terms or bank transfers, and there's no volume pricing for multiple events yet.
Employee and guest data
- We keep names and table assignments only. Columns such as emails, departments or meal choices are discarded as soon as you confirm the columns.
- The guest page shows one person's table at a time, and only to someone who types that person's full name. It never lists everyone, it's hidden from search engines, and lookups are rate-limited.
- Everything is deleted automatically 30 days after the event date, or immediately when you delete the event.

Getting your list in
Most registration tools and HR spreadsheets export to CSV or Excel. Upload the export as it is, then pick the name column (or the first- and last-name columns) and the table column.
